If your phone is not working correctly, please take it to the nearest Verizon/Apple store to be looked at. We will not replace phones without trying to factory reset them first. If it turns out the device is out of warranty and needs replaced, your manager will need to open a support ticket for us to do so.
Tasks before going to the store
If possible, back up your device before going to the store:
You'll want to make sure and backup your current phone to iCloud > settings > your name > iCloud > Backup > Backup Now
Also, it is helpful to notate your Apple ID account to get your apps restored from iCloud. The store can’t help you remember this login and password.
