Recently we have been setting up in our directory, who reports to who within Seneca. By doing so, this automatically creates a Team Calendar within Outlook. By default, your teammates will see your calendar events as Busy. If you want them to see exactly what you have on your plate you need to make a simple adjustment to the permissions.
Note: You can then un-share your calendar with people within your division, as the Team version will take it's place. This means that if I had shared my calendar with Joe in the past, I can remove him. Here is an example for the MIS department:
