How do I add a printer

Before you continue, you need to be at an office in order to add a printer or to print to it

 

Adding a printer to Windows or RDS

On your keyboard press the windows key () then while holding the windows key down press R on the keyboard. You will see this box open:

 

Type \\PRINTERS in the search box

Click OK.

This window will open:

You can then double click on the printer you want to add.
