Remove incorrect suggested address from Outlook To: field

There are times when we have entered an incorrect email address and Outlook stored it in the To: field. You may also see an email bounce back if an employee left Seneca and came back. All you need to do is delete the cached address, that is giving you the problem, and re-type it in. See below to delete a cached address:
