How do I forward emails while out of the office

Open Outlook 2013/2016, and click the File tab at the top left and then choose Automatic Replies

Select, Send automatic replies, configure the below options accordingly, and if you want to forward to someone else, click Rules...

Select Add Rule..

Select Forward, click To..., and populate whom should receive your email

Select Delete to move the forwarded message to your Deleted Items folder

Select the Method | Leave message intact

Click OK

After clicking OK, click Yes when prompted with the following message:
