ShoreTel Communicator voice mail discrepancies

If ShoreTel Communicator not showing voice mails in the list, but the phone is blinking a light, see below:


Restart Shoretel Communicator - (try this first)

Right-click on the ShoreTel icon by the clock > Exit

Click Start > In the search box type: shoretel  (click on app to re-open)


Reset your phone

Press Mute > Dial R+E+S+E+T and press # > # again to select Yes
