Dial 1-800-922-0204 and input the mobile number that needs to be activated. From there, the prompts should be similar to this order:
Press 1: To swap or activate... (ignore the part about swapping SIM cards)
Press 2: For other activations...
Press 1: A recent order noticed... do you want to activate it?
Press 1: Confirm you want to activate the order...
Press 1: Complete the activation...
