If you receive a new mobile device you will need to reconfigure your Authenticator app.
On any device, other than the one you are trying to set up the Authenticator app on, log into this page with your @senecaco.com Microsoft work account:
(If you are using a PC shared by others, don't click Keep Signed In)
1. IMPORTANT: You should see your email address at the top right before continuing with the next steps!
2. To the right of “Authenticator app” click the blue [Delete] button to deactivate your old device
3. Once the existing config is deleted, click the blue [Set up Authenticator app] button to being the process of setting up the new device. (Just keep following the blue buttons)
