If your HCM Cloud app is showing the following error, read on for the fix.
The request could not be understood by the server due to malformed syntax
Note: Read all of the steps before continuing. You do not want to choose "Done".
Click the Gear icon at the top right:
Do NOT click Done at the top right!
Instead, force quit the app (double press the Home button and swipe the HCM Cloud app up off the top of your screen).
Now re-open the app and it should function correctly.
